have unique body types. Some of us are fortunate to have high
metabolism, where what we eat is converted to energy our bodies can
use, and some of us have low metabolism, where we can not convert
all the food we eat into energy, instead it's converted to

genetically are identical to what it was when we had to forage for

time in our history, say around the stone-age period, food was
scarce, so when food was found, our bodies needed a way to store
that food as fat for later use when food was harder to find. For
this reason, we are coded to store fat. Bodies genetically are
the same metabolically as it was during the stone-age period.

factors that effects how well your body metabolizes what you eat are
internal and external environment factors. If you do
not have discipline or if you are not able to manage effectively the following
