HealthWorks 2000 product as recommended, yet are not satisfied with the
results, simply return the partially used or unopened bottles
you wish to get your money back to us
within 90 days of your invoice date (postmark date must be within 90 days of
your invoice date), and
we'll cheerfully refund your money (less postage and handling paid for
shipping your order or postage & handling paid by HealthWorks 2000 to ship your
order.

 Upon receipt of your order, we make every effort to ship your
products by next day (7 days a week, excluding holidays). Majority of shipments are sent via United
States 2-3 day Priority Mail®. We ship via standard
U.S. Parcel Post for Canadian orders. (3 - 7 days on average).

International Shipments
 We
welcome business worldwide. However, due to the complexity of
international orders, there are additional costs for shipping, processing,
documentation and special handling. All international orders must be
prepaid in U.S. DOLLARS. Freight charges are established by
International Postal System, based on the weight and destination of the
parcels. All applicable duty, customs charges and taxes are paid by
the recipient. Additional shipping, handling, customs, tariffs, and
return shipments is the responsibility of recipient.
For international orders, it is very
important that you double check your shipping address on your order.
As once we ship to the address you specify on your order, you will be
responsible for the order from that point forward. We do not use
delivery confirmation on international orders as the cost of shipping will
up to 5 times or more as much. HealthWorks 2000 is not responsible
for lost orders.
IMPORTANT: For all international
orders over $75.00, please complete the
International
Credit Card Authorization Form. Note, this is required for your
initial order and as long as your credit card number does not change.
Your order will ship as soon as we receive this completed form.
In most cases, we ship Global
Priority Mail. (5 - 9 days on average).

Your order will ship to the address you
provided during ordering. If the order returns due to incorrect
addressing, refused shipments, and any other reasons, we will be happy to
reship your order, however, before reshipping, you will be responsible for
actual reshipping cost. You will be notified of actual reshipping
cost before we will reship your order. All shipping and handling
charges is considered non refundable once your order ships.
